Hey there, I’m so glad you’ve landed here!

The world is kind of a mess these days, isn’t it? I believe we all need a space that feels warm, welcoming, safe, and most importantly - actually helpful. 

The mental health field has become very clinical and cold, with so much focus on diagnosis and “what’s wrong” with people. But therapy is supposed to be a place to practice being human. To feel your messy emotions and be celebrated in setting goals and achieving them. Therapy with me feels like settling into a cozy chair, wrapping up in a warm blanket with a cup of coffee, and having someone beside you guiding you to feel, understand, and heal all parts of you.

Whether you’re navigating childhood trauma for the first time, or you’ve been in talk therapy for years and you’re looking for something deeper, I’m here to help you understand your past and build a sense of trust and safety in the world and in yourself. I believe that this happens through feeling safe with a therapist who has the right tools to truly help you shift your experience, not just talk about what happened that week.
