There’s a lot of awareness on social media now about the nervous system and the need to “regulate” it. In my practice, I work with clients to build flexibility in their nervous systems so they can find more moments of calm while also following their systems needs in any given moment.

Working with my clients, we practice deep awareness and mindfully observe the information that is always being given by the body to gain more understanding and peace.
